Reverse the trades, keep the trades. With RFA I get them for 2 and 3 years if I want. My 2011 RFAs aren't great, so I can use them on this. 

I guess we will see who gets picked with my picks and see what happens...

Bottom line, the message i hope everyone will get from all of this:
don't act in a hurry just cause you have to leave, as throwing away assets won't only hurt your team, it will unfairly benefit the lucky recipient on the other side.

I agree with this statement, in the dinasty resources are limited and also if now you can think that those picks were not usefull for you, those picks could be usefull going on the dinasty, for example Snipeshow could have traded those to get some more picks on next years to use it in trades during the season, so @ Snipe, don't waste resources for your team.
In my opinion, the most important thing is that the trade commission is not a nanny for any team, trade commission should block trade dangerous for the dinasty, and I don't think that 4 3rd round picks, a FA player and a defensive defenceman are so dangerous for the dinasty.

A pair of other considerations:
1. Alzner, for what we can see now, is a fanta-millstone on his owner's neck. Even if he would get helium the next year, at present he is a less-than-100-fantapoints-in-2-years guy with only one year of contract (so few time to improve and became useful) at 2.3 million!
2. What is the value of a 3rd round pick? Sometimes they have no value, sometimes it appears like "nobody can survive without a 3rd round pick".
When I trade for Lecavalier, the 3rd round pick was not considered by you experts in the value involved...
In the previous days, I got some offer about my 3rd round pick. For a mid-round 3rd pick people offered me only RFA-rights on people taken at the minimum salary the last year or overpayed.
And now, in these trade a 3rd round appears like the Solomon's gold mines!

Try to figure out how much is the value of a 3rd round pick, and then make me know what you have decided....

Last time i checked it was about unbalanced deals..

i'm just trying to get some kind of a 'standard' for the future at least.

This "dangerous for the league" thing is a much less strict policy than what we have been used to in the past..
what should we consider dangerous for the league?
it's gonna be hard rejecting trades accordingly with that unspecific definition.

I protest the Price trade.

Denver just sold one highly touted prospect (1st round pick,also) and a 3rd round for a overrated goalie with only one year left in his contract (and a huge salary), with better goalies available both RFAs/UFAs.
Just for example a 1st rounder and a 3rd rounder will be the compensation in case of an offer sheet 6.2M/3years to Niemi...not exactly the same situation.
