Mi sembra il momento di aprirlo, che ne dite?

Inizio con una notizia che potrebbe essere positiva per tutti: stanno vagliando l'ipotesi di spostare i MNF durante la stagione. Si parla di 2023, ma l'importante e' iniziare :-)

The NFL already can flex games into Sunday night, but Monday Night Football games have remained untouchable, well, that may not be for much longer.

Ben Fischer and John Ourand at the Sports Business Journal report that the NFL has queried teams on “radically expanding flex scheduling.” This would include moving games to Monday night.

There’s not much more to take beyond that. If there were to be any flex changes, it wouldn’t happen until 2023, when new contracts kick in.

Flexare le partite di un giorno/un giorno e mezzo cambierebbe drasticamente i piani delle squadre sia in termini di tempistiche per gameplan, allenamenti, injury report ecc. che in termini logistici.
Potrebbe essere un'altra cosa su cui litigare nel nuovo CBA.

Non mi piace per niente, sono abbastanza contrario ad allargare il pool di squadre ai PO, poi si finisce come in NBA.
Però mi rendo conto che il soldo è padrone, e questo cambiamento ne porterebbe sia ai giocatori che ai proprietari.

Però 7 e 7 fa 14 su 32 in NBA siamo a 16 su 30.

E spesso restano fuori squadre che comunque sono del livello di chi strappa, magari proprio all'ultima giornata, il sesto seed
Non c'è quello scalino netto che c'è di là.

Anche io contrario all'allargamento della base delle qualificate ai playoff, ma purtroppo come detto da Wolvie i motivi sono quelli e quelli vincono sempre.

Bene che comunque il miglior record preservi (per qualche anno ancora?) un minimo vantaggio, ma la via è quella di passare a 16 squadre mi sa.

Io sono favorevole, una possibilità di playoff in più per i miei Bears :D
