Nella east coast hockey league stravince il draft philadelphia. Non male pure lo zompo dei devils. Almeno non l hanno ri regalata ai penguins

Alla grande il salto dei Flyers...riguardo ai Vancouver Canucks la sfiga non ha mai fine per quanto riguarda il draft nella costa West .

A ovest devono pagare tutto quello che ha preso Edmonton...

Sono sicuro che pagheremo per molti anni, con molte coppe

Su Mittlestadt, uno dei miei "scout" di riferimento:

I finally had the chance to review a few of Mittelstadt's Eden Prairie high school games. He is enigmatic.

He possesses quick hands and has good top speed, but there are significant holes in his game. The Minnesota State High School League is a low-intensity league. The pace of the game is slower by far than major junior. That said, even at that level, there are a lot of times when Mittelstadt just coasts around gingerly.

When the puck is free in his own zone for him to rush the puck up the ice, his eyes seem to light up and he finds the extra gear to hit full speed and burst through the neutral zone. He isn't particularly shifty and he isn't as effective one-on-one as one might think, so he goes up the ice, cuts left, and likes to quickly snap the puck on net. He lacks a one-timer. He doesn't have much of a cycle game, and when he is along the boards he simply tries to out-skate the opponent to get free, make a pass to whichever play is open, and get back into the middle of the ice; I found him often waiting up high to receive the puck.

He has enough of a burst that he can quickly pounce on a nearby puck carrier to try to steal the puck away, but he doesn't push hard enough to take it away from them, and even at the high school level against weaker, less-skilled players, he wasn't particularly effective at taking pucks away.

His passing skill is superb, and he makes crisp, clean passes to his teammates. When he has room to skate and isn't being pressured, he can make use his hands and calmly make plays while still maneuvering at half-speed. There is not a lot of hustle without the puck, and he doesn't forecheck or use his speed much in the offensive zone. Everything is done at half-speed, except when he's galloping up the ice for a rush opportunity. He sometimes over-handles the puck and tries to get out of a sticky situation by himself rather than make the simple pass to an open teammate.

He kills penalties for Eden Prairie and at the high school level he can afford to coast around and still be fairly effective at getting in the way of the opposition.

He's nowhere near as complete as Glass and Vilardi are, nor is he skillful enough to be ranked ahead of them. There are enough faults in his offensive game to be a little bit concerned. He is a project.
