- l’offerta attuale, completa di salario offerto, anni di durata, ruolo del giocatore, squadra offerente, data, ora.
PENALITA'
In caso di mancata indicazione del salario o degli anni di contratto, l'offerta sarà annullata e la squadra offerente riceverà una multa di $50.000.
In caso di mancata indicazione del ruolo o della data o dell'ora, l'offerta sarà corretta d'ufficio dalla Commissione e la squadra offerente riceverà una multa di $50.000.
Le multe scattano solo dal secondo episodio individuale di offerta incompleta o scorretta.
6) Non è possibile offrire per più giocatori di quanti se ne potrebbero ingaggiare, né farlo senza rimanere nella composizione del roster prevista al capitolo 2.2. Prima di offrire, o contemporaneamente, bisogna effettuare dei tagli.
7) Regola Lamar Odom
E' possibile fare offerte solo per un totale inferiore allo spazio salariale disponibile.
Relativamente ai giocatori che saranno disponibili al termine del mercato dei Free Agent, le franchigie Dinasty potranno offrirgli un contratto stagionale.
La procedura d’offerta durante la Regular Season è la seguente.
- In caso di offerta, se non ci sono contestazioni entro 24 ore il giocatore è assegnato alla squadra che ha fatto tale offerta.
- In caso di contestazione, invece, si procede alle buste segrete che dovranno pervenire alla Commissione entro le 24 ore successive alla pubblicazione della prima contestazione. Sono ammesse anche più offerte provenienti della stessa squadra, ma è necessario che rispettino il temine di 24 ore (ed ovviamente fa fede l'offerta più alta). Chi offre di più firmerà il giocatore; chi ha fatto la prima offerta può anche non partecipare alle buste; chi ha contestato deve partecipare e rilanciare almeno di $50.000.
