Sorry i was confused.

Halifax made a wrong bid on Holtby and compensation picks were not fixed with the bid.
So Holtby went to Tampa but Detroit received Halifax picks.

NOW should be ok. Holtby is still in Tampa but Detroit now have a 1st and a 2nd from Tampa, and Halifax has his picks back.
