Il rientro a casa non ci fa bene per niente: abbiamo concesso tantissime situazioni di 2 vs 1 e gli Islanders sono stati bravi a convertirle. Speriamo che Letang torni presto arruolabile

Continuiamo a prenderle, ma quella di WAS mi sembra una L diversa dalle ultime; eravamo vivi e abbiamo avuto una marea di opportunità...solo che tra i pali e Holtby non voleva proprio entrare.

Poco prima della partita coi Capitals, Rutherford ha rilasciato una serie di dichiarazioni abbastanza durette:
“What I’m seeing I don’t like. Nobody likes it. We’re trying to figure out what’s gone wrong here.“Has this team been together too long? It’s something I always have to watch for. Poi, come ho detto nel commento a quella partita, una reazione contro i campioni uscenti s'è vista, imo...anche se non culminata con la vittoria. Ma la prestazione non era stata letargica come alcune recenti.

Pearson segna il suo primo goal in maglia Pens, ma lasciamo che i Sabres ci recuperino da 3 sotto. In overtime poi quel puck smorzato da DeSmith che rotola dentro e chiude un'altra serata maledetta...

Credo che anche mentalmente siano un pò segnati; preso il goal del 2 a 4 si sono un pò sciolti; serve una scossa, ma non so da cosa possa venire. Intanto speriamo che Crosby non stia fuori troppo a lungo...
