Intanto riporto i giudizi di chi ne capisce + di me: io cmq alla linea d'attacco e a quella di difesa avrei dato A-

Quarterback:  Joe Flacco laid the foundation for a promising career. He became the first rookie quarterback to win two NFL playoff games. But Flacco has to improve throwing over the middle (47.7 percent completion rate in that area) and get off to faster starts (quarterback rating of 70.8 in first quarter). Troy Smith is an adequate backup. Grade: B

Running back: The wild card of this group is Willis McGahee, who had a career-low 671 rushing yards last season. With the right mind-set, he could still be an impact player. The combination of Le'Ron McClain and Ray Rice could develop into a dangerous one-two punch. Grade: B

Wide receiver: The only dependable target is Derrick Mason, who is 35. Mark Clayton and Demetrius Williams haven't lived up to expectations. It's unknown whether Marcus Smith, a fourth-round pick from a year ago, is ready to contribute to the passing game. Is Anquan Boldin still available? Grade: C-

Tight end:  Todd Heap hasn't clicked in Cam Cameron's offense. L.J. Smith, a free-agent addition, hasn't played a full season since 2006. Quinn Sypniewski is coming off season-ending knee surgery. Davon Drew, a fifth-round pick, could develop into another Daniel Wilcox. Grade: C

Offensive line: With Michael Oher, the Ravens are putting together a young and formidable offensive front. Matt Birk, a free-agent pickup, should seamlessly replace Jason Brown at center. The Ravens are also banking that right guard Marshal Yanda comes back from knee surgery. Grade: B+

Defensive line: Haloti Ngata is one of the premier defensive linemen in the NFL. The other starters, Trevor Pryce and Kelly Gregg, have something to prove. Pryce turns 34 in August, and Gregg is coming off knee surgery. Paul Kruger should make an immediate impact as a pass rusher. Grade: B

Linebacker: The X-factor is whether Tavares Gooden can replace Bart Scott. The rest of the gang - Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs and Jarret Johnson - ranks among the best in the NFL. Lewis' leadership is key with the departure of defensive coordinator Rex Ryan. Jason Phillips, a fifth-rounder, is an intriguing prospect who plays with a Ravens mentality. Grade: A

Cornerback: Domonique Foxworth, the Ravens' top free-agent signing, will start alongside Fabian Washington. Samari Rolle and Chris Carr add valuable depth. Lardarius Webb could be a factor as a nickel back. Grade: B

Safety: Ed Reed remains one of the league's top playmakers even though he isn't at the top of his game physically. Dawan Landry should return to the starting lineup after missing 14 games with a spinal-cord concussion. Tom Zbikowski and Haruki Nakamura are rising backups. Grade: A-

Kicking game: Steve Hauschka will compete with undrafted free-agent Graham Gano from Florida State. There's very little experience. The capable Sam Koch returns as punter. Grade: C

Overall: The Ravens made strides in their areas of need, except wide receiver. That still leaves a gap between them and the Steelers. Grade: B

Gaither - Grubbs - Birk - Yanda - Oher

There was a shoving match between Troy and Kyle last year, that Troy started when Kyle accidentally hit him with a football. It was after a closed OTA. It wasn't very serious.
Troy was yelled at in front of me by Harbs for complaining about having to take second-team reps and for practice being too hard, and Harbs profanely said that's why he wouldnt start the preseason opener against the Patriots.
After the illness when Flacco was struggling, Troy went into Ozzie's office and demanded to be the starter.
As far as people he doesn't get along with or don't like him, it includes a lot of people that play skill positions on offense, offensive linemen. He is more popular with the defensive players, including Ray and Suggs.
He definitely got on some veterans' nerves as a rookie when he got to play.
Although he plays the nice guy PC act in interviews, he is really an Eddie Haskell type who rubs people the wrong way with his brash, cocky attitude.
Even his agent doesn't like Troy and takes little interest in him since negotiating his rookie deal.
Troy also got on Harbs' bad side by blasting his radio in the locker room and then Harbs turned it off while Smith was in the shower. Smith came back and was like Who the **** turned off my radio and Harbs said, "I did." Instead of apologizing, Smith said, Hey man I dont like people touching my radio. Harbs was absolutely shocked at the attitude.

Nessun ostracismo. E' che avendo fatto vari meeting ci conosciamo piuttosto bene, quindi alla fine si è creato un gruppo molto coeso.

E poi siamo separatisti Nfl, quindi....

P.S. tu sei quello che ha l'edicola a Vicenza, right?
