Intuisco, ma intuisco solamente: credo sia un arresto per non aver regolarizzato una precedente posizione (multa, ingiunzione, pagamento o simili)

L'outstanding warrant è in pratica un ordine d'arresto non eseguito, ma "outstanding" cioé "in sospeso". Probabilmente doveva comunque essere eseguito indipendentemente se ha commesso un ulteriore crimine.
Anche in questo caso alte possibilità di errore (non faccio il "lawyer").

ATLANTA -- Authorities say former NFL defensive back Glenn Sharpe has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a man in the Atlanta suburbs.
DeKalb County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Adrion Bell says the 27-year-old was charged Thursday in the Feb. 2 death of Christopher Galloway in Stone Mountain, Ga.
It was not immediately clear whether Sharpe has an attorney.
Sharpe began his career with the Atlanta Falcons in 2008 as an undrafted free agent out of Miami. In the 2003 Fiesta Bowl, he received a late penalty in overtime, giving Ohio State a second chance to upset the Hurricanes' bid for back-to-back national championships.
He won a Super Bowl ring in 2010 with the New Orleans Saints' practice squad and briefly played for the Indianapolis Colts.

Arrestato per possesso di Maria il free agent WLB Leroy Hill, lo scorso anno a Seattle.
The 29-year-old Hill has now been arrested three times over the past three years, once for another marijuana charge and again for domestic violence. He was suspended one game and two additional game checks in 2010, and is now surely facing a lengthier ban.
Mi sa che lasua carriera in NFL può considerarsi chiusa.

Dopo che era stato tagliato, pensavo restasse ben poco a spasso, in realtà non se l' è calcolato nessuno...ora questi problemi non aiutano a farlo tornare in sella
