Since you have the face to argue publicly about this, it looks like i have to waste a little more time with you to clarify what happened, once for all.


All of a sudden you started bothering me about Kane, saying you really wanted him.
(i never wanted to sell him, to begin with)

I replied i really had no time to waste this week, so i would discuss only a serious offer.

You made a serious offer. I warned you more than once to talk with your nanny about it BEFORE we went on wasting our time..
You said if you were sold on a deal drl’s opinion would not count, as according to your agreement he would hold no rights to protest the deal on the board.
So i took the time to negotiate and after quite an effort we agreed on a complicated deal and posted it.
Apparently, later you finally talked with your nanny and ended up thinking the deal was not good for you. So you were glad to find a (legit) caveat that could void the deal. The deal was rejected and your nanny made clear on the board (contrary to what you told me) he would reject it as well.
The circumstances were unfortunate for me and Matt, but everything was within the rules, so we could just try to renegotiate the deal (and waste even more time)

You made it clear i had to do it with your nanny.
drl had a kind approach, saying he didn’t felt right renegotiating a done deal.
I replied the deal would have been different had he been part of the negotiations from the beginning and the rules gave him the right to re-work it, so it was fair to try to find a way to make it acceptable for him as well.

We were very close to get it done more than once. You came back negotiating, we were BOTH discussing conditions.. you were negotiating on almost done deals just like me (remember adding Bolland to replace Forsberg in case he would retire?) and we were basically just defining details..
Then Albi couldn’t resist getting his ass in the middle.. and while i was away you gave Matt a *15* minutes ultimatum (i think without specifing which was the precise last offer he could still accept,because i guess there wasn’t any anymore) after which you would talk with someone else.. and soon after you posted your deal.
So yeah, drl re-worked the deal, with someone else!


Let's summarize with some copy and paste, so that you won’t miss any step:

1a) you started bothering me about Kane

Again, you did nothing against the rules but yes, you and your nanny were 'assholes' in the end.
(and speaking of you, it’s not even the first time:
remember few months ago when as soon as you got your ass kicked out of our WHL playoffs you dropped Carey Price trying to favour my opponent in the final? LOL)

After all of this i told nothing to you, you were the one coming back on me through msn, probably cause you felt somehow guilty of a bad behaviour.
Yet you complain i am a cry-baby for the simple reason i say i won’t waste anymore time dealing with you? You made your choice, i think i’m free to make mine as a result.

Hey, i realize you and albi still have a bruised ass from our previous WHL seasons, so you enjoyed your little party together the other day..  too bad it happens when the season has yet to start..

Ok there drama girl...you had around 3 days of exclusive negotiating rights and kept on refusing my offers. During those days, I was ready and willing to trade you Semin. Though, I didn't think it would help my team. So, when I got another offer for those two entry picks that out-matched yours, I had to make the trade. I did what was best for my team and I feel greatly satisfied.

li ho visti a Bassano (sempre provincia di vicenza) a montecchio mi pare abbiano suonato l'anno dopo...bel concerto ma gli anni d'oro eran gia passati.

lol, refusing.. you were 'working' as much as me on details of a basically (re)done deal..

btw, not that it changes anything, but as the timings of the trades testify, these supposed exclusive rights lasted 40 hrs (with two long nights inside: italian+north american -> 30hrs.. so more or less 10 hrs left) not exactly 3 days.

So, when I got another offer for those two entry picks that out-matched yours, I had to make the trade. I did what was best for my team and I feel greatly satisfied.

Great. So let's move on and stop caring about what i think of your acts.

My bad, close to 1.5 days then. The point is, you had ample time to get those two draft picks. My post was only about documenting certain points for others to see. I could care less about your dissatisfaction. If anything, you're just amusing me.
