Ma voi, nel caso, preferireste farlo per Kuminga o, poniamo, per Josh Giddey?
Ho trovato questo in una risposta su un articolo di BSOTS
“A hard cap does NOT mean you can't sign anyone else all season. A hard cap means you can't sign anyone to a contract that would put your total team salary over the hard cap. If the Suns were to do a sign and trade for someone at approximately the same salary of Grayson Allen - with Allen going back to the other team as part of the deal - they would still be approximately $8.9 mil under the hard cap and could use all of that available space to sign another player...or several other players. They would also still have access to the MLE and/or the BAE. The only thing they couldn't do is exceed the team salary limit of the hard cap and become a 1st tax apron team.”
