The Philadelphia Flyers have signed forward Chris Stewart to a professional tryout.

February 25th, 2018 - Placed on waivers by the Minnesota Wild.
February 26th, 2018 - Claimed by the Calgary Flames.
February 27th, 2018 - Is placed on the top line with Johnny Gaudreau and Sean Monahan. By the end of the game he has been demoted to the 4th line.
March 2nd-March 13th, 2018 - Is a healthy scratch. In total plays 7 games for the Flames.
July 1st, 2018 - Phone doesn’t ring
September 28th, 2018 - Signs with HC Slovan Bratislava. They make a big deal about it, schedule an introductory press conference.
October 3rd, 2018 - Doesn’t get off the plane for the flight he was scheduled to be on, and no shows the press conference. Team declares him missing.
