The Bruins approaching free agency: Rick Nash, Riley Nash, Tim Schaller, Tommy Wingels, Brian Gionta, Nick Holden, Anton Khudobin.
Up next are Ryan Donato, Danton Heinen, Noel Acciari, Zdeno Chara, Adam McQuaid, Charlie McAvoy and a few promising prospects. Whew, okay, there are a few tough contract negotiation talks ahead. Likely more than one lose-lose situation is inevitable, as are a few surprises. The way I see it, though, most of this stuff will play out like swapping in whoever-for-whoever worked out this postseason. Focus on the core.
Bergeron is signed through 2022. Pastrnak, who tore down his ceiling and built a whole new one this season? 2023. Marchand? 2025. It looks like Chara might go year-by-year, which really couldn’t be a better situation for the Bruins. Tuukka Rask is signed until 2021.
E poi ci sono Jake DeBrusk e Brandon Carlo.
E la rabbia rimasta.
When they go low, we go high! (Michelle Obama)
One, two, three, four, five. I would kick your ass. (Bill Russell)
No one is perfect. That includes both you and I. (Yu Darvish)
I think that's a question of when, not if.
The good thing about science is that it's true whether or not you believe in it.
