In questo topic si svolgerà il Mercato Free Agent di Settembre.

Vi consiglio di rileggervi il regolamento, che spiega tutti i passaggi. In particolare vi chiedo particolare attenzione sugli standard. Abituatevi a mettere le offerte correttamente, per voi è questione di 5 secondi, per chi deve riportare fa rispiarmiare un bel pò di tempo. E le offerte fuori standard, per questo, saranno annullate.  Se c'è qualcosa di non chiaro basta chiedere.

L'unica cosa che sarà diverso da quanto previsto dal regolamento saranno le date di apertura e chiusura del mercato, e ovviamente quelle per le variazioni di durata delle offerte. Le date corrette per questo mercato sono:
Le offerte effettuate tra il 12/09 e il 17/09 scadono dopo 72 ore.
Le offerte effettuate tra il 18/09 e il 23/09 scadono dopo 48 ore.
Le offerte effettuate tra il 24/09 e il 30/09 scadono dopo 24 ore.

Per il calcolo della base d'asta, usare la tabella contenuta nel regolamento:

pts must be the arithmetic mean of the totals recorded by the player in his last two seasons in the NHL
(in case he didn't play in the NHL the last season, his resulting category will be declassified by one level. If he has played only one NHL season in his career, that only season will provide his pts, but again,his resulting category will be declassified by one level)

* the indicator to be used for goalies is given by 'number of Wins minus GAA x 10' from the previous season only.
any goalie that doesn't reach 3 Wins will be automatically assigned a 0.5M bidding floor.

The September 2008 free agency session starts on September 13th at 10.00 CET
and will close on September 30th at 24.00 CET.

David Moss would be the second active offer for a team with 25 players already on the roster, hence the offer is calceled. However, sanctions won't apply here as the GM realized it before the mods and retrieved the offer himself.

EDIT: The Los Angeles Kings cancel their offer for David Moss because they are allowed to sign just one player on the Market (false. The Kings are now allowed to sign just one player at once, because they chose to fill up already their 25 spots. This doesn't prevent them to sign as many players as they want- as far as they respect the cap and the 50 players limits). Go figure, amazing rule.
