Purtroppo gli infortuni fanno parte del football.
Una volta confermati si deve guardare avanti. Non c'è altra strada.
Ovviamente l'assenza di Edelman è molto più pesante di quella di Cyrus Jones.

According to ESPN's Field Yates, the Patriots are putting defensive tackle Vincent Valentine (knee) on injured reserve, meaning he has to miss at least the next eight weeks. He hasn't been active for a game this season.
The corresponding move according to ESPN's Mike Reiss is to promote defensive end Geneo Grissom to the active roster. He gives the team more depth at defensive end and on special teams.
The new injured reserve rules allow teams to bring back two players off the list. As of now Julian Edelman, Cyrus Jones, Shea McClellin, Malcolm Mitchell and Valentine are all on injured reserve and eligible to return. Tony Garcia is on NFI, but not eligible to return.

Edelman non è eleggibile, è stato messo in IR prima dei roster cuts per arrivare a 53.
Solo una precisazione tecnica, tanto comunque non ritornerà.
