se ho capito bene l' attuale steaua bucarest non potrà più chiamarsi così e ci sarà una nuove steaua in 4° serie
però la squadra attuale resterà in prima divisione giusto???

qualcuno conosce qualche dettaglio in più sulle origini di questo contenzioso sul nome???

steaua bucarest- barcellona...peccato che la scritta che compare nella coreografia è "solo dinamo bucarest"...cioè li hanno inculati, anche perchè era una coreografia organizzata dalla società, con i risultati che vedi

ti riporto una roba che lessi 2-3 mesi fa, che spiega la situazione, e il boicottaggio della squadra da parte degli ultras, che non la consideravano più la vera steaua bucarest. ma sono problemi che vanno avanti da tempo.


I decided to write a few words about what's happening now with the team.
Gigi Becali
Becali is the owner of this so called ,,FCSB" team. He has connections with romanian mafia. When there was the first protest against him, from 2007 to 2012, he called mafia clans to get us out of the stadion and fight with us, but i will cover more of that later. Becali was convicted for bribery, matchfixing and coruption and spend a good time in prison. But don't imagine he had a bad time, because of his money and influence, he enjoyed some "priviliges".

The first protest

The situation at Steaua was getting bad, Becali was working with individuals without a clue about football, most of them his relatives. He didn't want the best for Steaua, he wanted the best for him. This was in 2007, the protest started by SUD Steaua. Later on Nord joined but not for a very long time. There were fights with mafia gangs send by becali to stop the protests, fights with police, fights with Becali security firm. Basically everyone was against us. We were trying to make him leave and sell the team. Sadly it didn't had any result and he still kept Steaua, wich he bought illegaly, we will talk about this now.

The process with Romanian Army and the lost of Steaua

Steaua Bucharest it's the team of Romanian Army. Becali bought the football section in 2003. The bought of Steaua was made illegaly and in december 2014, after the match with Dinamo Kiev, Becali lost badge, name, colors, history and right to play on Steaua Stadion, Ghencea. The stadion it's owned by the army. After that, he decided to form FCSB, wich don't have anything in common with Steaua. It's curious that FCSB went suddently on the first league, on Steaua place. Maybe because of Becali connections in the football federation.

The support of sports of Romanian Army

Before FCSB, there was support of sports of the Romanian Army, mainly SUD Steaua. After Becali lost FCSB, the best decision, until a football team will be made by the army, it's that we should suport the sports of the Romanian Army. So we start attending matches like rugby, baschet, handball and pollo. They are also fighthing for the red and blue colors and deserve our support.

The supporters of FCSB and the media

Those are the plastic fans, without any mentality. They are coming for the result and don't attend matches regulary. They are the ones that support Becali.
The media it's using Steaua Bucuresti insteed of FCSB. They are using that term without any right, most of those media channels are "puppet-channels" of Gigi Becali.
I hope everyone understand our situation and why we don't attend this FCSB team.

The timeline of the events would be the following:
- in 1998 the football team is separated by the army-led club, a new entity is formed and is recognized by the CSA club
- in 2003, Gigi Becali (formerly just a sponsor) gets the control of the football club and forms a new entity to run the club, this time not officially recognized by the army. maybe 2 or 3 years after this, the first initiative to form a new football team by the army is rumoured, but no real moves are made in that direction.
- after this, a lot of things happen that makes the fans protest against Becali's actions. some of them are threatened and even phisically agreesed at times by Becali's bodyguards and wu-shu fighters. i think, somewhere after this, a lot of ultras stop supporting the team and attending the matches and some of them come only to contest the ownership.
- in 2014, the becali-led entity loses the trademark . afterwards, in a seperate process, it wins the right to use the name "Steaua". This really makes no sense, but this is the romanian legal system, you can expect anything. Also, it is unclear if the history (trophies and so on) are part of the trademark, because UEFA and FIFA recognize the football club as the sole successor of the European Champions Cup winner team. You should know that this is the same entity formed in 2003 (not a new one, as the OP tries to say). that was supported by the ultras at so many matches.
- after this, 99% of the ultras and maybe 50 % of the casual fans stop supporting the team and the club is in the state that is now. almost 2 years and no real initiative to form a new football club is made, the only way the army tries to use the trademark is to milk some money from the FCSB club.


da quel che ho letto al link della gazza (tra l'altro vedo ora che si sapeva già 9 giorni fa ) dovrebbero tornare colori, stemma della vecchia steaua, e anche dovrebbero tornare a giocare nel loro vecchio stadio, ma non so bene come si evolverà il tutto.
